Here is a story
How do you end your day tells a lot about the quality of your sleep. To get a good night’s sleep, you may need to follow the researchers’ suggestions on developing a familiar bedtime routine; the way most of us have experienced as a kid. We used to zone out as we were listening to the warm voice that gently carried us off to the sweet lands, started with “… Once upon a time….”.
As grown-ups, stories can still drift us off to dreamlands and take us out of analysis paralysis right before bed. Reading at bedtime is proven to have the power to stop our brain from swirling with the stressful thoughts of the day and help it dial down to allow a peaceful, deep slumber.
In this lesson you are going to learn whatever it takes to speak fluently and confidently in English about book reading and stories as bedtime rituals.
